Prepare and File U.S. Provisional Patent Application – hourly fees apply with $500 minimum plus fees for drawings and filing fees.
Prepare and File U.S. Nonprovisional Patent Application – hourly fees apply with $2000 minimum plus fees for drawings and filing fees.
In order to best ensure a successful patent application (due to the expense and complexity) The Darwich Law Firm, LLC reserves the right to partner with outside counsel. This would be to best ensure representation to the client and would not increase fees to the client.
