When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the type of legal matter you are contacting us about, and any details you choose to share about your situation.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site traffic (pages visited, referrers, approximate location, device type). Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your data under Google's privacy policy. IP addresses are anonymized before storage. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with our site through session recordings and heatmaps (clicks, scrolls, and navigation paths). Clarity masks form inputs and other sensitive fields by default, and data is processed under Microsoft's privacy policy. Learn more at Microsoft Clarity's privacy documentation. We do not use advertising pixels or third-party marketing trackers.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit for a single purpose: to respond to your inquiry about legal representation. A confirmation email is sent to the email address you provide, and a notification is sent to our intake inbox so we can follow up with you promptly.
How We Store and Protect Your Information
Submissions are stored in a private database that only authorized firm personnel can access. Email delivery is handled by our transactional email provider (Resend). Information is retained as long as needed to serve you or as required by professional and legal obligations.
Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share information only when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the firm, our clients, or others.
Attorney-Client Relationship
Submitting our contact form does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information beyond what is necessary to describe your situation until a formal engagement is confirmed.
Your Choices
